About Ellen-

After a career in sales in the interior design industry, I longed to find a deeper source of inspiration. I turned inward to better understand my inner world. I studied meditation and discovered a form of mediation that helped me find stillness and wisdom. I am trained to share Realization Process and am devoted to a daily practice that supports my steady, present way of being.

Additionally as a creative, I was drawn to visual work to support my quest for self-understanding. SoulCollage called my name and as a trained facilitator of this expressive arts practice, I embarked on a journey to discover my inner world by working with visual imagery.

Next, I discovered my love of deep conversations and embarked on coaching and purpose guide training. To support my own personal development, I started to work with an Internal Family System therapist. Since visual work has been a constand thread of my inner life, I found a therapist that understood the importance of incorporating a collage process into my therapeutic work. The visual accompaniment helped me deepen my understanding and develop relationships with my inner world. Internal Family Systems is a therapuetic process that helps clients celebrate their multi-demensional natures what IFS calls, Parts. As i dentified my Parts, I found their origins, and created relationships with them that helped me find a connection to SELF, my essence. This process is now an important resource that I now use in my transformational coaching process.
