We will start on a journey to discover your purpose by searching the threads of you life that bring you energy. What have you consistently been drawn to and wanted time to explore but have been too busy to consider?

I see this process as one of discovery and reclaiming who you truly are from the inside out. Our main quest is to look for your unique gifts that you may be aware of but are hesitant to claim.

We will use your energy as an important clue on this path, helping to fuel your creative spirit as you search for authentic expression.

The Art of Purpose Discovery is a process for getting in touch with your inner landscape, your deep well of wisdom that can help direct you to what is next without interference from the outside world.

In a eight week time frame, we will use creative and somatic experience to illuminate what is deeply true for you. You will start to shed what no longer serves you and gain more clarity. We will bring your whole self to the forefront of your awareness. As this process unfolds you willl find a hidden source of energy that will help propel you into the next stage of your life.

As a trained Purpose guide, I will listen deeply, mirroring your insight, offering provocative questions, believing that you have the answers.We will use visual imagery and collage to help illuminate and guide us. This process is like a search for a golden treasure. Sometimes it is glaringly apparent and only needs some attention and sometimes it is buried under layers of conditioned patterns.

My coaching style is based on training as a Purpose Guide, SoulCollage facilitator, embodied meditation teacher, Internal Family Systems coach and my long and rich journey to become truer to myself and express my authentic nature.

Coaching with Ellen-

I offer a fresh approach to self-discovery and transformation by adding visual resources to our coaching conversations.  Our work is often focused on finding a deeper route to inner wisdom.

As a trained Purpose Guide and SoulCollage facilitator, I guide clients with visualization, meditation and IFS informed ( Internal Family Systems)  methodology and the use of visual imagery.

We typically spend 6 weeks on discovery;  some clients are working towards making a more informed single decision and others want to meander on a broader journey. Many of my clients have spent their lives being other-directed and have made decisions based on external input from family and friends. Our goal is to go inward to the source of deeper wisdom. During our work together I create a safe space for exploration and help by mirroring back my client’s discoveries, helping them find their own internal GPS and their unique gifts.

At the beginning of each session, I often ask, “what is alive in you today?’ and what image helps express your awareness? This simple yet potent question begins to unlock a fertile session that is enriched by visual support.

Introduction to Purpose Guiding-

This program is designed to introduce clients to the basic concepts and the journey of discovering your purpose. Most of us have been following the direction of the outside world and have often gotten distracted from our own ideas and inner truth. This is a 6 week program designed to reflect the basic ideas and program of the Art of Purpose Discovery. We use visual images to help us find inner wisdom and direction

Time- 4 sessions- $350.00

  • 12 themed modules sequenced for weekly or bi-weekly sessions to support your inward journey. Each module includes assignments, visualizations, and experiential practices. all meetings are on Zoom.

  • One-on-one weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Ellen to help you synthesize and deepen the content.

  • Creative assignments with an emphasis on somatic and visual information to help you open new doorways into your soul journey.

  • A soul quest in nature to integrate your experiences and insights

  • Image work to help you capture the power of your discoveries and integrate your wisdom into daily life.

Purpose Discovery Intensive Experience-
