As a visually-oriented life coach, I offer a fresh approach to self-discovery and transformation by adding visual resources into our coaching conversations. Our work is often focused on finding a deeper route to inner wisdom. As James Hillman expressed, “ a gift of an images is that it provides a place to watch the soul” and find an inner compass.

I invite you to join me on a creative path of self- discovery. I will guide you on a journey to find the golden threads of your life that bring you joy. As Frederick Buechner expressed, “ your deepest purpose lies at the intersection of your greatest joy and the world’s greatest need.”

I guide clients using visualization, meditation, IFS informed methodology (Internal Family Systems) and the use of visual references. My coaching background includes Purpose Guide certification, SoulCollage facilitation, and Realization meditation.

We typically journey together for 6 weeks. Some clients come to our sessions with a single quest and intention while others want to meander on a broader journey. Often clients have spent their lives being other-directed and have made decisions not based on their own truth but influenced by external resources such as the opinions of family and friends.

Woven into the sessions, the Art of Purpose Discovery includes creative and somatic explorations to help you grow your awareness and perceptive capabilities. I will encourage you to explore new and creative doorways to your unique gifts.
